Andrew is of European/Maori decent who was born and raised in the land of the long white cloud of New Zealand but has spent most of his adult life in W.A working in the mining sector.
Andrew has had no formal training but has a considerable amount of life experience to tap into considering his young age and can show a broad range of emotions on film and in front of the camera.
Andrews first experience of acting was in his final year of primary school as he was cast as the lead male character and this was where the seed of acting was planted.
From there it lay dormant for 21 years until finally Andrew took it upon himself and applied to play a farmer in a NZ TVC which he was successful in and throughly enjoyed as he got to star alongside his son in 2018.
Andrew also landed the lead Male role in a short film production as part of the NZ 48 hour film challenge in 2018. The film was based around a Romeo and Juliet story line.
Andrew knows he has the potential and with the right people, training and environment around him any thing is possible.
