Jackson Vaughan
A fiery, passionate, energetic and unstoppable performer - Jackson began his journey in the arts at 9 years old after he picked up a saxophone and joined his first jazz band. Born in Sydney and raised in Newcastle’s eclectic theatre scene, he is a versatile actor who transitions seamlessly from plays, musicals and dance pieces. Jackson completed an Advanced diploma of Acting in Newcastle before moving across the country to attend the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, completing a Bachelor of Performance Making. Over the years, whilst networking with industry professionals from around the world, he has trained with Australia’s best teachers and artists, who have encouraged him to pursue a career in acting. Jackson has appeared in countless theatre productions including originating the leading role in NSW Premier Award- winning playwright Vanessa Bates’ play Trailer. Jackson is determined to continue to expand his acting further into film and television as his career unfolds.
