Stephanie is a dedicated and ambitious young Melbourne-based actress who grew up singing and acting and quickly found her home, feeling enlivened on stage and in front of the camera. A born performer, Stephanie was scouted for her singing abilities at a young age and would frequently stage concerts for anyone and everyone, leading to sharing the stage with the revered Vienna Boys Choir in front of thousands. Stephanie’s schooling only fuelled her desire to perform, landing leading roles, being nominated by her peers and being elected a performing arts captain. Destined to follow her calling, Stephanie was selected as a member of the very first full-time ensemble at the renowned Howard Fine Studio. An innovative and versatile professional, Stephanie was invited to join La Mama Theatre’s debut ensemble of emerging young theatre makers and went on to devise and perform work at the iconic Australian institution. Stephanie takes direction well and loves to transform and portray an array of roles including her work on screen under the direction of Romper Stomper’s Geoffrey Wright as well as starring alongside esteemed Aussie hip hop artists 360 and PEZ. A creative at heart, Stephanie enjoys delving into both comedic and dramatic roles and has long been inspired by the versatility and range of actresses like Meryl Streep and Angelina Jolie. Ever the storyteller, Stephanie has been committed to pursuing the craft of acting since as long as she can remember, having undergone extensive training in both theatre and screen coupled with a wide range of film, video, stage and screen experience.
