More recently she played a rural Australian widow, Iris in the musical, Heart of Gold and Sheila, a Bristol mother of a severely disabled girl in A Day in the Death of Joe Egg. (funded) and ?Rose?s Portrait?, the latter being submitted into the Cannes Film Festival. Samantha?s ability to deliver compelling performances in a variety of roles and to easily work with a range of directors and actors of any age is a testament to her talent, versatility and professionalism. Samantha continues to expand on her range and depth in acting by attending her acting classes with great enthusiasm and dedication. Samantha also maintains and develops her voice and various accents with James Hagan. In addition to her film acting experience, Samantha has trained in theatrical and classical styles of dance and plays the bass guitar in her school band.
