Melissa Merchant, a passionate and dedicated performer with more than fifteen years experience, is comfortable both on the stage and in front of a camera and is proficient in many different performance styles. Melissa graduated from Murdoch University in 2005 with a first class honours in performance studies and has since been honing her craft through both workshops and practical experience. She has worked as a role-player with Aragon and is a skilful improviser who also has the ability to learn a script quickly when necessary. Currently completing a PhD in English and Comparative Literature, specialising in Shakespeare, Melissa also teaches performance studies at the Murdoch University as well as providing workshops both here in WA and overseas. less
