Jaya is currently a regular settlement dweller in Stormworld, filming here in Perth. Jaya’s love of acting began at the age of four after appearing in her first TV commercial and she has since played lead rolls in many musical theatre productions, television commercials, short films and mini series, while becoming an experienced voice over talent. Her work also includes photographic work, singing, dancing, and promotions. She currently holds a BComm. Degree, majoring in Public Relations and Advertising and has also completed a year of psychology at UWA. Jaya has received numerous awards in recognition of her theatre skills, including the Anita Le Tessier award for cultural excellence in the performing arts. less
Brooke Henley
Born in the north of England and with her outgoing and infectious personality it was inevitable that from the age of three years Brooke would attend weekly classes in acting, dancing and musical theatre. Performing in numerous junior productions she gradually became more confident and developed more skills. Immigrating to Australia in 2003, Brooke continued attending classes and began to seek more performance opportunities, recently being involved in promotional and photographic work while taking part in many acting opportunities. Currently partaking in weekly acting classes she also undertakes modelling and vocal training sessions. In acting Brooke as been acknowledged not only by teachers and peers but by individuals with successful careers in the industry being awarded with both the ActorsNow Adjudicators and Achievement award. 2009 saw Brooke's efforts in modelling rewarded in reaching the Semi-Final of Rocky Bay's 'Model of the Future' competition. Brooke has been commended for being a ‘true-professional’ and continually aspires to gain more experience and develop further as a performer. less

Her credits include theatre, music theatre, cabaret and short films as well as improvisation work with both Bristol and Perth Playback Theatre. Vocal performances are intriguingly varied, ranging from musicals such as ‘Side by Side by Sondheim’ and ‘Bare’ to a tour of UK theatres, the Edinburgh Fringe and Glastonbury with the acclaimed a cappella group ‘Naked Voices’. Her passion for acting drew her to teach drama for several years before moving to New York to further her skills at Michael Howard Studios. She then moved to London and attended the Central School for Speech and Drama. Georgia has a strong background in theatrical performance but more recently she has been focussing on her screen skills participating in numerous PAC Screen Workshops and several short films. Georgia has great ability to take direction and her individuality makes her naturally engaging. Georgia’s tendency to “jump in the deep end” has lead to many interesting life experiences for her to draw on in her work such as travelling around the US in the back of a van, living in Brooklyn projects, teaching at difficult to staff London high schools. less
