She appeared in ABC/BBC co-production Noah & Saskia while at school. She has recently performed at Federation Square with a Performance Art Collective. Nicole is a passionate and driven performer who aims for success in every facet of her life. From a young age she has had training in acting, singing and various styles of dance. Nicole graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Arts (Communication and Cultural studies), majoring in Performance Studies, and was highly involved with the Hayman Theatre Company and the Curtin Film and Television faculty throughout her studies. Since graduating, Nicole has established herself as a professional children’s performer and puppeteer, touring educational shows to West Australian schools. She has a keen interest in physical theatre, whilst being an all round flexible performer, having tackled roles such as Mack the Knife in ‘The Threepenny Opera’, and Juliet, in a sell-out season of ‘Romeo and Juliet’. Her creativity, motivation, and confidence mean that she is perfect for a career in the Performing Arts. Before training as an actor, she spent many years traveling the world with Musical Theatre performing in shows like Grease, Happy Days and Saturday Night Fever. Mel studied drama in L.A, and is 2002 graduate of the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, she continued her studies in 2008 at The Atlantic Theatre Company in New York. Just some of her credits include: Neighbours, Blue Heelers, Totally Full Frontal, Stingers and This Kiss, as well as a long list of TVC's for major clients including Honda, Myer, Crown Casino, Laminex, Nikon and Diet Coke. As both an actor and improviser, Michelle’s endless enthusiasm for performance saw her become a regular face in her native Perth’s entertainment industry. A senior player in Perth’s only improvised comedy group, The Big Hoo Haa, she was also constantly seen in short films, TVCs and on stage in shows such as A Christmas Carol, Ira Levin’s Deathtrap, Edward II and the national tour of His Majesty’s New Clothes. She wrote, produced and starred in a show at the 2009 Melbourne International Comedy Festival, has already been invited to be part of Melbourne’s premier improvisation troupe Impro Melbourne’s Ensemble cast and now has Melbourne based short films and TVCs under her belt. Michelle studied performance, theatre and film at Hayman Theatre in Perth, and is a graduate of Curtin University. Before this she trained in ballet, modern, jazz and tap at West End Academy for 17 years.
