Care for some champagne? More often than not, if you were to ask those who know Lauri to describe her in one word, you’d get "bubbly". Lauri has been performing since the young age of 7 when she started off in jazz ballet. Always keen to try new things she started modeling a few years after that but it was high school drama that really sparked something in her. She performed in many competitions throughout high school but a highlight was being one of only 8 students in WA to be invited to perform her "one-man show" in front of a panel of judges to win a grant from the government. Lauri performed for a short time with a small theatre troupe after high school before taking some time off to dedicate herself to the 9-5 grind but WAAPA's 3 day 'Explore Acting' Workshop last year has reignited the flame and she is excited to be able to have the chance to share her 'special something'. with clients. Lauri's other skills include being a terrific dancer, a very strong swimmer, a competent bareback elephant rider and a pretty average blues harmonica player!
