Michael Lamont was educated at Edith Cowan University/WAAPA and has been acting since age 11, having picked up the bug during his first school play. He performed his first Shakespeare, Taming of the Shrew, at the age of 15 and has gone on to appear in over 30 stage productions including The Tempest, The Sound of Music, and Henry V. He has also appeared in several short films, and the feature films Fisheye Stiller, Japanese Story and Thunderstruck. Michael has a passion for writing both theatre and film pieces and is currently planning to step behind the camera during the next twelve months to film his epic self-written series: Shadow Walker.
