Samoan / NZ actor Eddie Stowers is a veteran of stage and screen. He has played Goldberg in Pinter’s THE BIRTHDAY PARTY, Judd in BOUNCERS, Chief Bromden in ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO’S NEST and won an award for Best Musical Performance as Pontius Pilate in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR in 2007. He has appeared in numerous commercials, short and feature films, the latest being the feature CRUSH shot in Perth. He is also often heard in numerous corporate and commercial voiceovers. His background in improvised comedy and theatre lead to a very successful debut season of the play THE WIRELESS at the 2009 Melbourne International Comedy Festival. He is particularly excited about his next role, playing the lead in Upstart Theatre’s outdoor OTHELLO: SHAKESPEARE ON THE LAKE in November 2009.
