Ben Ridgwell trained part time at WAAPA and, in 2002, moved to Melbourne where he has been working with a constant vigor ever since. As well as building up a large list of short films and TVCs, Ben has had speaking roles in a number of Australian and International TV shows including The Pacific, Underbelly and Rush. Constantly watching and learning, Ben’s goal is to be the best actor he can be. In an effort to get more ‘camera time’, he has written and directed a number of his own short films and sketches and is currently writing a TV show, which he hopes to get funding for in the future. Ben’s next project is an upcoming role as David Foster on Neighbours.
